Who we are
Sawal (sawal.me) is run by Udgam Labs LLP, Delhi. The spoken brand is sawal.me, so it is not confused with a .com.
What we collect
Your mobile number is your account. We also keep the text question you pay to ask and the answer that follows. We read those messages. They are not end-to-end encrypted. We read them to decide refunds, handle reports, and stop abuse.
Payments
Payments go through Razorpay (UPI and cards). We store payment ids, amounts, and refund status. We never see your UPI PIN or full card number. Razorpay’s privacy policy covers the payment step.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell phone numbers, questions, or chats. We do not run ads on your messages. We only share what a payment, refund, chargeback, or Indian law requires.
Age
Coaches who earn on Sawal must be 18 or older. Students may be under 18. If you are under 18, a parent should pay — use a parent's UPI. We still store the phone number and the question you send. A phone number is the account. We do not use email as a login.
How to delete your data
Email jitesh@udgamlabs.com from the number on the account (or name that number). We delete the number, questions, chats, and payment records we control, except what Indian law or an open payment dispute requires us to keep.
