Refunds & rules

• Pay first. There is no free first message and no wallet.
• The student pays the price on the link (₹99 by default). The coach sees “You get ₹80 / ₹160 / ₹400 / ₹800” before setting the price. Sawal keeps ₹19 / ₹39 / ₹99 / ₹199.
• Sawal holds the money until the advisor sends a real first reply — at least 20 characters, and not just “ok”. That first reply pays the advisor at once.
• No reply in 24 hours: 100% of the money goes back automatically. The advisor is not paid. No form, no email.
• One payment buys one text question and one answer. It is not a chat and not permanent access.
• After the answer the thread is read-only. The next question on the same link is a new payment.
• The coach’s personal WhatsApp number is never shared with the student. A number is never shown on a link or a pay screen. SMS still tells both sides when something happens.
• Only exam, career and skill advisors. No dating, astrology, doctors or finance tips.
• Coaches who earn must be 18 or older. Your phone number is the account. We do not use email.
• Banned: pretending to be police or an officer, exam paper leaks, job-fee, loan and crypto pitches, sexual content.
• Report any message. Jitesh at Udgam Labs handles disputes and card or UPI chargebacks: jitesh@udgamlabs.com.
• Sawal’s keep (₹19 / ₹39 / ₹99 / ₹199) covers payment charges and SMS. There is no second fee added at UPI. A CA must confirm GST treatment before live money.
• Chats are not end-to-end encrypted. We read them for refunds and abuse.
